ABOUT ACUPUNCTURE
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture has offered a natural solution to healing for thousands of years. Rather than chasing disease and symptoms, acupuncture focuses on restoring the body's innate ability to heal itself and getting to the root cause. Using hair-thin, sterile needles placed at specific points along the body['s energy pathways, known as meridians, acupuncture stimulates qi (pronounced "chee"), our life-force energy, to restore flow and bring the mind, body and spirit back into balance. Treating the whole person rather than isolated symptoms, the ancient practice of acupuncture eases what is present while gently addressing the deeper imbalance beneath it.
Our practitioners are trained in both Five Element Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, working closely with you to craft a treatment protocol that individualized entirely for you.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL YOU NEED?
Healing takes time, and consistency is key. Because every treatment plan is individualized to you and your symptoms, the best answer will always come from your practitioner directly. But here are some general guidelines to give you a starting idea.
* FOR CHRONIC CONDITIONS:
Plan for one month of treatment for every year that you have had the symptom.
* FOR ACUTE PAIN:
Get 3 treatments within 3 weeks to reset your body, and then move to once a month. It is important that you don't wait too long between treatments otherwise you will be starting from zero every time.
* FOR FERTILITY SUPPORT:
If money is no issue, aim for 1-2x a week until your hormones are balanced. If you need a more budget friendly option, the best approach is 3-5 days before ovulation and during your period.
Acupuncture isn't just about fixing what is wrong. Monthly acupuncture treatments are a fantastic way to maintain balance, prevent problems from arise and feel your absolutely best as acupuncture can be a preventative medicine.
